Welcome to our apartment house in Greece, located near the town of Volos, in Agios Stefanos (Sóros). The house is a 10-minute drive from the public beaches of Alikes, where there are many taverns, restaurants, a promenade and shops. A few minutes walk below the house are beautiful wild beaches. The center of Volos with the port is a 20-minute drive away. The pool with terrace is accessible to all guests. The house is suitable for visitors looking for peace, for families with children, for couples who want to enjoy a romantic holiday or for longer stays to explore the beauties of central Greece,Thessaly. All apartments have terraces overlooking the sea, the bay of Pagastikos with the town of Volos. It is possible to grill on all terraces.

How to reach us?
Volos is a 2 hour drive from Thessaloniki and a 3 hour drive from Athens. Upon arrival in Volos, you will drive through the town to the beaches of Nees and continue along the sea to the villa’s area Agios Stefanos, the landmark is a beautiful Orthodox church. If you have a church in the back of the mountain uphill, there are 2 streets and you turn left into Anemone street, after 100 meters you will be in front of our house. It is the second house on the left with the number 9 A.
